The Minnie V. was built in 1906 in Wenonah on Deale Island. The builder, John B. Vetra, named the boat after his wife, Minnie. The Minnie V. had many different owners and spent 87 years in the oyster dredging business. The Living Classroms Foundation in Baltimore acquired the Minnie V. in 1995, and today she is a key part of the Foundation's educational shipboard programming. These photographs were taken at the Baltimore Inner Harbor during the July 2004 SAILABRATION commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the U.S.S. Constellation.
