| The Martha Lewis was built by boatbuilder Bronza Parks in Wingate, Maryland and launched in 1955. She was one his last three skipjacks including the Rosie Parks (in 1955) and the Lady Katie (in 1956). She was restored in 1994 by the City of Havre de Grace and the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum under the direction of shipbuilder and master shipwright Allen C. Rawl. The Martha Lewis is owned and operated by the nonprofit Chesapeake Heritage Conservancy These photographs were taken of the Martha Lewis at Havre de Grace in September 2005. | ||||||||||||
